Service Description

We provide monthly financial planning consultation services for $250 per month, including personalized budgeting guidance, financial goal assessment, and ongoing advisory support via phone, email, and scheduled consultations.

Services are available to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Consultation scheduling is subject to advisor availability and standard business hours.

Your Responsibilities

As a client of our financial planning services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information during consultations
• Attend scheduled consultations or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
• Pay monthly subscription fees on time according to your chosen payment method
• Use our services for lawful purposes and respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of your account access credentials

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services or website to:

• Share false or misleading financial information that could affect service quality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clients' information or accounts
• Use our services for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in any disruptive behavior on our platform

Payment and Billing

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are subject to the following conditions:

• Monthly fees of $250 AUD are charged on the same date each month via your selected payment method

• Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days notice, with reinstatement upon payment resolution

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal use of services.

Our financial planning services are provided for informational and guidance purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and all planning recommendations should be considered in conjunction with your individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
